Purchase : Mira Electricals(B)
Consignee: Idea Cellular limited(c)
Here My self is idea cellular limited who is purchasing the goods from Mira Electricals,Who is issuing Retail Invoice,But Polycab wires limited is Showing as buyer Mira electricals and Consignee name as idea cellular limited in her invoice and issuing the CENVATABLE invoice and material also sent directly from the Polycab's premises to the idea cellular Limited premises.and even in form 403 also idea cellular limited is written
So in that case wheather it is possible to claim the CENVAT crdeit on the basis of invoice of Polycab Wires pvt limited

The cenvat credit is available for the receiver of the goods and as long as the duty paying document indicates his name/ address, the credit is available.

but sir the name of idea cellular limited is shown as consignee and invoice is received from the mira electricals.
