27 April 2015 I have been working with XYZ Firm from last 1.1 Year, I have to Travel to Gandhinagar every day. I have been plotted in the same project since last 1.1 year. Now i want to take Transfer, Actually my Home town is Dahod and I am staying in Ahmedabad. Can i take transfer on the ground of Shifting Back to Home town?

You must have kept the rule of one year in mind few months back so that u can take easy transfer

27 April 2015 i had to check as icai site is not working properly since mrng.... so cant answer such...

but yes if working parents transfers in different city then transfer is allowed...
