Hi,
Service tax will apply on all the COSMETIC DENTAL SURGERIES in case your turnover exceeds 10 lakhs in the previous financial year. Please check whether you have crossed the limit and if yes, then please get a S.T registration and charge service tax only on Cosmetic treatments. All the other normal dental services are exempt.
