Can statutory Auditor and Internal auditor of a Private limited company be Related Parties.??

Realated parties cannot be appointed as statutory auditor and internal auditor

Internal auditor and statutory auditor both have independent position in company....so related party can't be apponited as a auditor to effect the independenceness of auditors.
