A & B are directors in Firm 1. B has stake in Firms 2,3 & 4. Can A be the auditor of Firm 2,3& 4?? Also, Firm 1 has stake 25% stake in Firm 2. Please give me solutions with relevant laws and sections/ auditing standard..
