18 June 2016 You have essentially go through the provisions of pure agent. In case you satisfy the conditions then you need not charge service on such reimbursements. If not then service tax has to be charged.

20 June 2016 in warranty period my Proprietorship take warranty related work to give service to client on behalf of company so all warranty related charges i give us invoice to company , in conveyance & salary of employee is paid by company to me separately in warranty related exp
so i want to charge service tax on Reimbursement of expenses
