Dear Friends,
Can a whole time practicing Chartered Accountant also engage in any of the following activities under the light of Regulation 190a of CA regulations?
1. Owing a coaching institute wherein he/she is also engaged in teaching.
2. Guest lectures in a coaching institute.
3. Salaried personnel in an coaching institute.

Is it mandatory to have Firm no. (FRN) to audit a balance sheet or a CA sign balance sheet withou mentioning FRN no. i.e. in individual capacity
