09 September 2014 Dear Sir, A company having only 2 directors and both are additional since 2010. The problem is that they have not been regularised. the question is that are they eligible to sign balance sheet

09 September 2014 No. Such additional directors hold office only upto the date of next AGM held after their appointment as addtional director.
