as amended by icai recently on timings of articleship and requiring form 112 to be submitted even when the regular cource has been started earliar, what kind of details will be required to fill in form 112 for a student if he has done concurrently both graduation regularly and articleship, in case if NOW he wants to shift to correspondence cource from regular with articleship??? help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am also facing the same problem, but my case is slightly different from yours. I am in B.Com(Hons) III year and will be appearing in exams in this Aprl. So, i will be free from this nuisense caused by institute. But for your comfort, i would like to tell you that if you have enrolled yourself in graduation before the institute's circular, then just do one thing....purchase form 112, get it fill up and signed by the principle of your college specifying clearly that you will not be able attend the classes on regular basis but only 2-3 days a week. And, with your CA get ur timing 9am to 7pm totalling 9 hours a day and accordingly only 4 days articleship to complete 35 hours of a week. Then, u can easily carry on with your articleship and college (2 days a week), but all things must be managed properly and documented both with CA and College principle.
and the other alternative to avoid so much headache, is just opt for Correspondence course but it will pinch alot.
i m still waiting, as sept 30 is very far, in b/w icai may provide relif to students having this situation. from every where, i m getting advices that persue correspondence cource, and be a regular article, as i m, but still, my attempt is in this nov, and it feels like i had wasted my 2 yrs in college, cauz no ca and college principal is ready to give such kind of sechdule as earliar i had considered ur openion too. basically i want to know that if i choose to opt correspondence cource now in 3rd yr, after doing regular 2 yrs, in form 112 will i have to give the start date of the correspondence cource ie this yr, or the regular one which is 2006.....
