sir i have filed the itr in which refund of rs 4000 but it does not reflect in form 26 as and i have received intimation 143(1) from department in which they did not consider the effect of tds and made demand of rs 3000 can you plz guide me
how can i move rectification application 154 in this case or it is better to go for a appeal or wait till yaer end normally gov deppttment tds is updated in march sir plz guide me
NOTE PARTY IS NOT HAVING TDS CERTIFICATE HOWEVER HE IS HAVING FORM 16 SALARY CERTIFICATE IN WHICH THE AMOUNT OF TDS REFLECTED

26AS is nothing do with the refund, if you have orignal tds certificate with no mistake you can claim refund.
File rectification u/s 154 with orignal tds certificate.

BETTER ASK TDS DEDUCTOR TO RECTIFY HIS TDS RETURN

ask tax deductor to file revised return. it dept will not even see the tds certificates
