I have completed my articleship,can a ca without practice as a member only of institute attest/sign the exam form or it is compulsory to sign the form from ca in practice with his office seal ??
please clarify regard this point

the service certificate is to be signed by the principal. the other parts of the forms can be attested by any other CA including non-practicing ones.

in practice CA can do the work of attention work as profession. but only attestation of document for sending to institute can do any CA .
