Regitration under Bomby Plublic Trust Act, 1950 for Trust

Our trust has registered under Society Registgration Act, 1860. Whether it is necessary to register under BOMBAY PUBLIC TRUST , 1950. Kindly advise us. The said trust is already registered under Section 12A of Income Tax, 1961.

Societies formed either for a religious or charitable purpose or for both and registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, are liable to be registered under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 also.
