18 March 2012 It depends what for you want to register it. If it is for the locality then you have to form a housing co-operative society, if you want to do some charity then you have to forma trust which will be a charitable trust. If you want the same as NGO then you have to form a NGO and register with the Commissioner of firms and Societies.
