11 November 2009 Can anyone let me know if Registration is possible under both VAT as well as Composition tax under the KVAT Act?

11 November 2009 Both are not possible for same type of activity, either you have to choose VAT or COT.

If you are doing two types of business wherein at one unit vat is attracated and at other unit cot is attracted then you have to obtain two seperate registrations under the same company - one for vat and one for cot.
