Is there any consequences if the company do not start its operation for one year from the date of Registration under Companies Act 2013.

No consequences per Co's Act,2013 since no time limit is prescribed.
But all the companies incorporated on or after 02//11/2018 and having a share
capital has to e-file form 20A with in 180 days from the date of incorporation to
become eligible to commence business. Failure to do so attracts multiple
consequences..
