what is the maximum & minimum limit for registration in ESI & EPF? Please tell me in brief.

in a any enterprises if employee more than 10 nos then esi apply
and more than 20 than ePF applu
epf if salary upto Rs. 6500/- and ESIC rs. 15000 aplicable
and more than 20 than ePF applu

what is the exact criteria for 10 employees in ESIC.whether it includes only those employees whose salary exceeds 15000 for a year or all employees in a firm?
