Whether registration compulsory if a person deals in interstate supply of goods or services but the aggregate t/o does not exceed the threshold limit?

Yes, the person engaged in Interstate supply of goods has to take registration compulsorily. Turnover threshold limit of Rs. 20 Lakh is not applicable to him.
