ok at that time new form will be issued-form 10a? can you please provide relevant notification for the date of extension...

its likely to be deferred or it is actually deferred?Further form 10A available on portal can i use the same if i want to apply for fresh registration under 12ab now

It's deferred. Do it in April only the then 10A available.
