I want to register a trust.

Request you to Please tell me the detailed procedure of the same & also time & cost involved in it.

26 June 2013 You have to get the Trust Deed Prepared but you have not stated what type of Trust you want o form. Is it a charitable Trust or a family trust? Anyhow, for charitable trust you have to register the trust with charity commissioner and for family trust you have to register with sub-registrar office and the stamp duty is based on the corpus created and mentioned in the trust deed.

The cost of all formalities depends who is handling your case and how much knowledge that person is regarding trust. It should be around minimum 25000 to 1L
