I hv submitted form for reg of co and pymt is also done.ihv cheked srn status it is showing as pd .nowi hv to chek status of cer of incorp.can i check with only srn no. ??or do i require details of login id and password to check coi status???

you have to login to check the status
if you do not want to log in, roc will intimate you if your application have been approved or resubmission required

* Log in to www.mca.gov.in
* Under services, click on 'check transaction status'.
* Enter SRN number and date.
* Click 'submit'
* Result will be displayed.
* If result is 'approved', certificate of incorporation can be download.
P.S:- COI will be sent to the given mail id also by MCA21.
