two software Engg. wants to start up business of providing software Services. Kindly give me all the details for registration and handling accounts of the firm from beginning. what all is the procedure to commence their business. thnx in advance

make partnership deed, register it with register of firm. There is no specific conditions to start business.

Thnx Sir, is VAT & Service Tax Registration required for Web Designing work? and Firm PAN & TAN also required?

If you are giving service- Service Tax required
PAN- required
TAN - preferred
