1)FOR REGISTRATION OF FIRM IS IT NECESSARY TO GET FRANKING OF PARTNERSHIP DEED IF TES THEN OF HOW MUCH?
2) STAMP PAPER OF RS.10 IS NOT AVAILABLE CAN I ATTACH OF HIGHER VALUE (i.e.Rs 100).

13 January 2014 Franking or Stamp Paper is either of them is valid. Rs 100/- will do stamp paper or franking

14 January 2014 The prescribed stamp duty for partnership , in case the capital contribution is more than Rs.50,000 is Rs. 500 for every Rs. 50,000 or part thereof (approx 1%) subject to a maximum of Rs. 10,000
