Registration of dealer

07 September 2011 Dear Experts,
I have applied in aces.gov.in for a new registration of dealer. There after premise verification has been completed. But till now I have not got hard copy of R.C. But I have got the No of R.C. by electronically from the web site of ACES.GOV.IN.
Now can I make Invoice without hard copy of R.C? Kindly confirm me with necessary N.F.

08 September 2011 electronic copy of RC is as good as hard copy, with date mentioned in it. you can start business and issue invoice on the strength of e copy ( have a print out of the same in files)

08 September 2011 Dear Mr.Sharma,
Till Now I have not get Electronic copy of Rc. But I have received Electronic Acknowledgement showing R.C. Can I start day to day work on basis of that?

15 September 2011 Electronic copy is as good as hard copy, and the assesee can start business with such electronic copies. (date of RC is mentioned there)
