Registration of companies in a group

Hello Sir/madam(Expert),
I am existingly running a company, i want to register two further companies, one of them will operate in different field from my existing one and another co. to administer both of my companies(like a group),
i have two querries,
1) can i register a company like (----- groups pvt. limited),
2) can the co. which manage the above said two companies be the OPC.
kindly provide me the process, how can i connect all three companies in a group.

practically it is not possible to incorporate such type of company like GROUPS PVT LTD. you can incorporate two several company and manage the same under one registered office or group

Two or more companies having same registered office can not be said as group companies, i want that it will be clearly expressed to public, that both of my companies are operated under the same group, how can i do this, kindly Explain
