09 October 2013 Sir my final attempt is may 14 can i register after november 13 icai for ca final level and wheather any complications if i will late register fo ca final

09 October 2013 Yes you can register after Nov,2013..
As there is no such restriction..

You should register for Finals at least before filling CA final Exam form, i.e at least before 3 months from Exams...

Agree with Expert suggestion.

I also want to clarify that there is no time gap is specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
