One my client (opc) want to open a branch office what are formalities with mca
One my client (opc) want to open a branch office what are formalities with mca

For opening of new branch office there are no formalities prescribed w.r.t. ROC filing. You can open new branch office without ROC involvement. However you may have to take relevant Tax registrations like VAT, Service Tax and Sales Tax based on your commercial activity. Plz keep this point in mind.
