24 January 2015 i want to take Registration of Service tax of a company whose head office is at Bangalore But branch office is at Raipur(C.G). i want to take registration from raipur. can i takje centralized registration from other than Head Office.

26 January 2015 As per provisions of Service Tax, Centralized registration can be taken for branch where centralized billing or accounting maintain.


In your case you can take centralized registration of raipur branch if above condition is satisfied.
