13 February 2009 We have cancelled our ser tax reg no in 2007 but also site of Service tax show our ser tax reg no so to whom we have to approch for delete the name from site ????

pls reply ASAP

07 April 2009 If you have surrendered you registration and it has been accepted duly by the authority, then you should not bother about canceling the name from service tax site. It is the duty of the Department not yours.
