09 March 2013 in service tax now in all number last to 5 number include sd only. if i add another services then service tax no. will be changed.i made application another st-1 or amended st-2 and now i will sd002.

10 March 2013 Service Tax No. will not be changed if you add, delete or modify your service tax registration. It only get changed when you take registration for a different premise under same name.
