15 June 2015 SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE AFTER RS.10 LAKH TURNOVER OR SERVICE PROVIDED IN CURRENT YEAR.

1.Here 10lakh turnover means...in terms of registration of service tax..

2.and also suggest me do we have any composition scheme for the catering service provider ...

15 June 2015 If your taxable service value is exceeding 9 lacs you have to register under service tax.
No service tax payable on food served in non AC halls even it has common kitchen and eating joints.

15 June 2015 Yes it is there you have to pay service tax on 40%/60% only AC restaurant/out door catering.
