Registration for ca-finals

I cleared second group of ipcc in nov 14 and frst group in may15 .. Do I need to register for the CA final. .now itself ?? otherwise articleship won't get registered ...
because some of my friends are saying that I have to get registered now ...while some are saying. that there is a compulsion for getting registered now. only if I had cleared both the groups together
