Registration for ca final course

I have appeared for IPCC in May 2013 under Direct Entry Scheme and cleared both groups.
Is it compulsory to register for final CA instantly or there is any due date for registration?

I want to clarify that there is no time gap is specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.
As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

So try to register in final before filing of final exam form. You should also aware that that the Institute will take minimum one month to give final registration no.
There is no such provision for the time limit of registering for CA final,
You should register for CA final at least before filling CA final Exam form..
That's at least 3 months before exams...
