No Deposit, Registration is online and registration allotted after submission of documents to the concerned division, within 7 days of filing the Form ST1 online,for the purpose of verification:
As per Rule 4 of the Service Tax Rules, 1994 – The Superintendent shall after verification
of the ST1 Form either grant the Service Tax Registration Certificate (ST2) to the
Assessee or send intimation for nonacceptance of Service Tax Registration.
