In case of Properitor following document are required:
A. Name of the Products for Sale & Purchases
B. Current account Cheque photocopy
C. Election I.D./ Driving License / Passport copy
D. Two Photographs of Proprietor
E. Photocopy PAN Card
F. Income Tax Return of Proprietor
G. First Purchases Bill –from Vendor having Sales Tax no.
H. First Inter-state Sale Bill
I. Copy of Courier Receipt/ Transport Receipt (GR/RR)
J. Photocopy of Draft / Cheque
K. Bank Statement
L. Sale Deed / Power of Attorney and Rent Deed and Rent Receipt of the premises
M. Water/ Electricity Bill/ House Tax Receipt
N. NOC from Owner
O. Power of Attorney
P. Books of Accounts
Q. Two envelope self addressed
R. Rs. 500/- stamp paper
