Thank you Dayal jee. this is your answered . If you file your return under section 44AD than audit is not require and you have to file ITR4 but in this case you have to tax on minimum income of 8% of total receipt I want to know more.is that, If i received through bank mode, it also 8% or 6%? kindly tell me
