dear all, as my company has misplaced the service tax registration certificate & not found. Now if we want to get this from department as duplicate registration certificate, what should we do as procedure??

You may please approach the jurisdictional Assistant/Deputy Commissioner with a request to issue a duplicate copy of Registration copy. You may have to pay appropriate amount for this purpose.
