12 November 2014 My company registered as service provider, now I want to get registered as service receiptant also and also make change for address.

When I am filling ST-1 Amendment I choosed category of registrant as service provider and service receiver. I select service : Legal service and Work contract service for registration as service receiptant.But both services are display with section " Taxable services provided " although I am applying for these services as service receiptant.

Please advice.

Your on right track.
How ever while filling of ST 3 you require to mention as service receiver / prover for each service.

One more question , we entered a contract with a travels operator for providing a fixed Cab for our office use and he charged monthly amount based on actual KM or fixed which ever is less. Service provider is Individual.

Is this facility is Rent a Cab Service ? And are we liable to pay Service tax as service receiver ( our entity is body corporate)

12 November 2014 As service provider is Individual and providing rent a cab service hence you required to pay service tax.
on 50% of invoice value.
i.e. Invoice is Rs 100 then you will pay 12.36% on Rs.50.
