is there any criteria of time limit that u can appear in ca final exam only if u have registered with icai for final atleast before nine months? or the only criteria is u should hv completed articleship and applied for registration..

no. the only criterion is that at the time of applying for CA finals exam, you need to have a valid CA final registration. Plus you should have completed 2.5 years of articleship
