If I am registered myself as a GST Practioner then whether I should also need to get registered under GST Regime ?

No need to get registered if your taxable turnover is less than Rs.20 lakhs p.a.

Not necessary, that you have to register und GST provided you exceed 20 Lakhs you have to Register.
