No...
We can't move proprietor firm to Partnership Firm...
You can go to take new registration...

You can't convert from sole proprietor to partnership firm. Instead you need to register under partnership firm and then you can start the business in the name of partnership firm.

If you ll convert proprietor to partnership is not available...
But, You can start New partnership firm and Purchase* (Take Over) the proprietor firm...
