13 November 2017 i m running my own business and that i filled itr through my pan card (income from business) now wen i visited gst regist portal i found dat their is need of Business Pan card number. so what should i do...if i urgently require GST number .. plz plz guide me.. (n my frds are also wanna join me as partnership so how i got dis)aftr making partnershio deed.

13 November 2017 GST registration is PAN based and also other points need to be taken care as mentioned by GST council.

You can apply for GST with your PAN as sole proprietor .

And after getting the PAN for your partnership firm- you can register that Partnership firm under GST

14 November 2017 Yes I agreed with Mr Amitav., No more specified PAN card for GST registration... If you run your business as Proprietor then you ll use your Own PAN card.... If you ll run your business with partners you ll use Partnership PAN card. But, You ll run as Partnership Firm you ll apply a PAN with partnership deed and Firm name....

15 November 2017 If i m going to court so how much amount of affidavit need fr partnership.....dat can use fr partnership registration...is their any difference between partnership pan card and register partnership.... the partnership pan card is also called register partnership
