X has a main place of business in Punjab and a Godown in Haryana.
Now does he have to take GST registration in both Punjab and Haryana?

Why I said "Nature of business condition is important"?
Your query is not cleared...
If he is a Service provider then he ll be take registration in Punjab is enough. After registration service taken from Hariyana to Punjab after finishing work then send from Punjab.
If he supplies goods he take registration in both States.....
