I have get GST Provisional Registration Certificate. When I will get permanent registration certificate ? Shall I need to submit another form to get permanent registration certificate ? Please advice me.

The number remains the same. You will be called for verification of the original documents. Till then you dont have to think and worry on this issue. The ball is now in the court of GST people. You concentrate on your sales and increase in sales.
