14 July 2017 We have a head office in Delhi and we get the GST no. from Delhi we have also branch in Coimbatore , so is it compulsory to register in GST Coimbatore branch also.What will be the rate if we raise bill from delhi. if we are not register in GST in Coimbatore can we take the input credit of vendors of Coimbatore branch.
What should we do. Kindly suggest.

14 July 2017 u have to take GST no. in Coimbatore....GST rate will be depend on your type of supply of goods or services....u can take input benefit of Coimbatore vendors if they billed u at Delhi branch

14 July 2017 Thanks for your reply but we want to know that if we not take the GST no of coimbatore branch and we raise the bill from our delhi head office to coimbatore branch what will be the rate as we have recruitment company and can we take the input credit of coimbatore vendors.

14 July 2017 if u not taken GST no in Coimbatore branch then if u transfer ur goods or services from Delhi to Coimbatore branch by charging GST...then Coimbatore branch treated as unregistered person ....then Coimbatore branch not able to take benefit of GST charge by Delhi branch ....also Coimbatore branch is unregistered person it can't able to take benefit of purchase made from Coimbatore vendors....rate depends on your nature of supply
