05 July 2017 Why does a person having multiple business verticals WITHIN A STATE OR UNION TERRITORY has to get SEPARATE REGISTRATION.
I understand that different branches in different states separate registrations required in order to claim input tax credit we would require separate registrations

15 July 2017 Nature of business like Textile business , Hotel Business, and Any Trading Business

If all the business are run by a sole propietor then a single pan enough for registration with separate registration for each business

If all the business are run by a company then a pan would differ and it calls for separate registration
Is my understanding right
