Do I need to get myself registered in GST if I am dealing in Maida Dal Suji which taxable @ 0%? Whether I have to file any return for the same?

I am having input credit lying on my stock on 30th June.Should I opt for carrying forward the input or go for refund?

Go for Refund. remember once you registered in GST, you won't be able to opt out before one year from registration.
