Plz tell me that during online registration of Service Tax, we have to file any annuxure or attachment.

10 December 2014 YOu need not attach any document online. But you need to take a print out of the online application and submit it along with the following to you jurisdictionary Supt of Service tax:
1. Copy of PAN CARD
2. Address proof for address of service shown in application.

11 December 2014 any annuxure V we have to submitt or not

16 December 2014 there is any necessary a firm name for registration under service tax. or we can register a name

eg. my client given house property to a trust on rent. his name is Krishna swami plz tell me I can register his name with the name of Krishna swami

17 December 2014 if a person rented out two property then we have to register for both property under service tax registration.

17 December 2014 name is ok , no problem in it and only name is to be registered and property will be asked in the form itself.
