In case where the service provider is an individual providing 2 different services, would he be subjected to registration for service tax when individually he exceeds the requisite limit or compositely he crosses the prescribed?

yes registration required if exceeds the prescribed limit, as 'aggregate value of taxable services' to be checked for all the services and from all the premises.
