Rent agreement in name of husband and proprietor of business is wife. can we upload rent agreement as a proof of place of business in gst registration.

As I understand your query : Wife is applying for GST registration. She is tenant in her husband's premises.
So in order to justify the proof of place of business, rent agreement which is duly registered in sub registrar office can be produced. Do you have that?
