hello ,
one of company director is dead.. director also share holder of that company...
in Annual return i mention it and Ceased the director and his share also transfer to his son.
but the question in next annual return.. can i mention that director name and ceased date. and what should i do for his folio number?? his share is zero? should i mention it ? or skip??

Nothing to be mentioned in next annual return as deceased director is completely out from the company.

and you have to mentioned only changes taking between two agm and not the whole history of company's shareholding
